6. Winners will be chosen among completed entries in a random drawing.

8. Registration is good only for the month you apply.

9. Random drawing to be held on or about the 29th of each month at the offices of the Lemon Tree, whose decisions concerning all matters related to the sweepstakes shall be final. Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail.

10. Illegible entries will be disqualified. The Lemon Tree will not be responsible misdirected entries via e-mail, or technical failures, errors or data loss of any kind; lost or unavailable Internet connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or deleted computer/network transmissions which may limit the ability to participate in the sweepstakes.

11. Winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 21 days of notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate.

12. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.

13. Grand prize consists of a free haircut at the Lemon Tree. Offer valid for one month from date of notification and is non-transferable.

14. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting the prize, winner grants to sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity without further permission or compensation (except where prohibited by law). By accepting, prize winner releases www.lemontree.com, his sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, rising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize.
